Please telephone or E-mail to check that the apartment is available on the dates you require. Please print out this form and then send it with your deposit (within 7 days) and we will confirm your booking. No booking is firm until the deposit and signed booking form have been received. |

Booking Conditions 1. Bookings can be made by telephone or E-mail but must be confirmed with a completed booking form within 7 days. 2. Your deposit for each week must accompany the booking form. The balance is payable not later than 6 weeks before your arrival date. 3. Heating electricity and bed linen are included in the rent. 4. If the owners are prevented by circumstances beyond their control from making the apartment available and are unable to provide a suitable alternative they will refund all monies paid but no further liability will be accepted. 5. If the guest cancels, money will only be refunded if another booking is obtained for these dates. 6. No smoking or pets are allowed. 7. The accommodation is available on the day of arrival from 3pm and must be vacated no later than 10am on the day of departure. 8. The number in the party to be stated and must not exceed the maximum of 2 for the property. 9. All amenities provided by the owner for guests are used entirely at the guest's risk and no responsibility will be accepted by the owner other than that resulting from the owners negligence. 10.
